1. Introduction
Welcome to Bright Prints. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders require 100% payment upfront before production begins.
We accept payments via EFT and online payment methods.
No work will commence until payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are required to review and approve all artwork before printing.
Once artwork has been approved, no changes are allowed.
Bright Prints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, layout, or design content.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 3–5 working days after payment and final artwork approval.
Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
Bright Prints does not offer express or urgent printing services.
5. Shipping & Collection
Customers may choose between local collection or courier delivery.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.
Bright Prints is not liable for delays caused by courier services.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns or reprints are accepted only if the error was made by Bright Prints.
No returns or refunds will be issued for customer errors (e.g. incorrect information, sizes, or artwork supplied).
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with supporting images where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bright Prints shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
Bright Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
